Terms of Service

Ride Expo provides a professional, centrally coordinated marketplace for amusement rides, equipment, spare parts and services. Visitors may browse public listing information and contact Ride Expo directly.

Listings: Sellers are responsible for accurate information, ownership rights, photos, documents and commercial claims submitted to Ride Expo.

Requests: Buyer and seller communication is coordinated through Ride Expo. Seller contact details are not published on listing pages.

Moderation: Ride Expo may reject, remove or edit listings or inquiries that appear misleading, unsafe, irrelevant or unsuitable for a professional B2B marketplace.

Transactions: Final inspections, contracts, payments, transport, import/export and compliance checks remain the responsibility of the relevant parties unless a separate written service agreement exists. Listing conditions, fees and any brokerage or success fee are agreed individually.
