Terms of Service

Ride Expo provides a professional marketplace environment for amusement rides, equipment, spare parts, services and verified trade inquiries. Visitors may browse public listing information. Account, seller, upload and contact workflows may require manual approval by Ride Expo.

Listings: Sellers are responsible for accurate information, ownership rights, photos, documents and commercial claims submitted to Ride Expo.

Requests: Buyer and seller contact details may remain protected until a suitable verification, request or deal stage is reached.

Moderation: Ride Expo may reject, remove or edit listings, accounts or messages that appear misleading, unsafe, irrelevant or unsuitable for a professional B2B marketplace.

Transactions: Ride Expo is a marketplace and inquiry platform. Final inspections, contracts, payments, transport, import/export and compliance checks remain the responsibility of the parties involved unless a separate written service agreement exists.
